Certified Plans was created by New Zealand Certified Builders Association as a way of helping kiwi’s visualise what they could build. Our NZCB approved builders get access to an ever growing database of fresh and exciting plans that reflect the way we kiwis like to live.
The plans are all architecturally designed based on criteria developed by an advisory group spanning the breadth of New Zealand. Each one has flair and finesse to standout as an individual.
Over 32 plans to date have met the stringent criteria set for plan approval and now, over 180 NZCB approved builders are registered to access and build these Certified Plans.
Certified Plans built by NZCB approved builders go further than anyone in the industry. Every home is guaranteed for 10 years. This is only possible because of the high hurdles NZCB set for their organisation members.
